Delivery Policy

  1. 1. Delivery information
    • All online customers will be contacted with in 48hours of their purchase to arrange for the delivery.
    • We deliver Monday to Friday’s and a date will be confirmed with you when we contact you on placing the order.
    • We deliver in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo.
    • We deliver from Monday to Friday in Gauteng.
    • Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo will be arrange once the order is placed.
    • We at Ericssons strive to have all the stock on our web site in stock at all times, but there might be sometimes that we run out of stock.  Most mattresses are available within 48 hours and some mattresses may take up to 10 working days.  Some of our pine furniture might be out of stock and can unfortunately take about 3-4 weeks to deliver.
  2. 2. Delivery Costs
    • We deliver for free within 15km of any of our stores, after the 15km there will be a charge.
    • Delivery fee to Mpumalanga is R2000, North West is R2000 and Limpopo R2500.
    • The delivery cost includes the assembling of the furniture.
  3. 3. Refunds / Return Policy

    Once an order has been placed, the client has 3 days to amend or cancel the order (online only). During this 3 day period, there is a “no questions” policy and a full refund guarantee. However, after 3 days, the order is placed with suppliers thereby entering Ericssons into a binding contract. The product will then be manufactured with the full cost responsibility to the client. Any damaged goods should be reported immediately on delivery. All goods must be returned with the original packaging within 7 days. Refunds will only be initiated once the goods are returned to Ericssons Mattress and Pine cc. The refund will be processed to the account or credit card that the payment was received from. This procedure can take up to 7 working days.
